Vacating and remanding district court findings that asserted patent claims were invalid for indefiniteness because the court failed to undertake a relevant inquiry and make factual findings to support its conclusion that the asserted claims recited means plus function terms in a suit relating to interfaces controlled using pre-defined pointer or touch movements instead of mouse clicks.
