United States Federal Circuit
01 Communique Laboratory, Inc. v. Citrix Systems, Inc., 17-1869
Affirming the denial of a new trial to the owner of a patent on system computer products and methods for providing private communication portals allowing remote users to access a personal computer through the internet who alleged that Citrix infringed on their patent because the jury conclusion, that the patents weren't invalid but that Citrix hadn't infringed, was valid, despite being against the weight of the evidence as a reasonable jury could reach their conclusion.
