Affirming the determination by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that a claim for the benefit of the filing date of an earlier patent application must include a specific reference to that earlier-filed application and that incorporation by reference cannot satisfy the statutory requirement and that the failure to do so invalidated all claims as to a patent for a method and system for delivering interactive links from remote sources in a network configured computer processing system.
