Affirming in part, vacating in part, and remanding the order granting a preliminary injunction against the defendant declaring that the termination of an agreement was ineffective and ordering compliance, affirming that the plaintiff had established that they were likely to succeed in their wrongful termination contracts claim, but holding that to satisfy the requirement of irreparable harm a causal nexus must be established between the wrongful conduct and the alleged harm.
