Affirming district court findings related to subject matter eligibility and findings of infringement, but concluding that the defendant had been entitled to a judgment as a matter of law as to the claim of infringement involving a single patent because the accused product did not perform the claimed 'policy index' limitation and vacating the damage award as to that patent in a case involving patents for the identification and protection against malware.
