Wi-Fi One, LLC v. Broadcom Corporation, 15-1944

Overruling prior caselaw and remanding a case relating to the Congressional prohibition on the institution of inter partes review of petitions by the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark office filed more than one year after the service of a complaint for patent infringement and whether this bar applies to time-bar determinations, holding that there was no clear and convincing attempt to Congress to prohibit the judicial review of such decisions and ruling that they are appealable.
