In a petition for review of a final order of the Merit Systems Protection Board dismissing his appeal for lack of jurisdiction, brought by a former employee of the U.S. Postal Service, the petition is dismissed where: 1) petitioner failed to timely file his petition for review with this court within 60 days after the Board issued notice of its final order; and thus 2) the court lacks jurisdiction under 5 U.S.C. section 7703(b)(1)(A).
