In an appeal of attorneys fees in an underlying infringement suit: 1) the district court's award of sanctions is affirmed due to plaintiff's vexatious actions in continuing to litigate after the parties settled all claims; 2) plaintiff's appeal is frivolous, both as filed and as argued; and 3) defendant's motion for additional sanctions is granted.
