United Construction Prods., Inc. v. Tile Tech, Inc., 2016-1392
In an action alleging claims of patent infringement and unfair competition, the district court's grant of default judgment and a permanent injunction to plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in granting default in light of the five factors from Malone v. United States Postal Service; and 2) the injunction is not overbroad as written under the facts presented.
