In a patent infringement suit involving patents that describe and claim systems and methods for cooing the 'central processing unit (CPU) or other processing unit of a computer system' using cooling liquid, the district court's judgment in favor of plaintiff is: 1) affirmed as to rulings on infringement, invalidity and damages; and 2) remanded as to part of the injunction , insofar as it reaches conduct by defendant that goes beyond abetting a new violation by co-defendant.
