Abbas v. US, 16-1342
In a suit against the Government for an alleged taking of plaintiff's property rights in certain pre-World War II German bonds, the final decision of the United States Court of Federal Claims dismissal of the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted pursuant to Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims is affirmed where the suit is time barred.
