In an infringement and countersuit between Apple and Samsung involving patents for mobile phone devices, the District Court's a) grant of summary judgment that Samsung's accused devices infringe Apple's '172 patent, b) denial of Samsung's request for judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) of non-infringement as to '647 patent, and c) denial of Samsung's request for judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) of obviousness as to the '721 and '121 patents, are affirmed where there is no reversible error.
