In an infringement action involving a patent directed to streaming regional broadcast signals to cellular telephones located outside the region served by the regional broadcaster, the District Court's judgment is affirmed where the claims of the patent are drawn to an abstract idea and therefore fail to meet the standard for eligibility under Section 101 of the Patent Act.
