In an infringement action on vacatur and remand from the U.S. Supreme Court for further consideration in light of Halo Electronics, Inc. v. Pulse Electronics, Inc. 579 U.S. __ (2016), the District Court’s judgment with respect to enhanced damages for willful infringement under 35 U.S.C. section 284 is vacated where the Halo decision was solely concerned with the question of enhanced damages under 35 U.S.C. section 284 and does not affect most aspects of the earlier opinion except the section on enhanced damages, and remanded for further consideration of enhanced damages under section 284.
