Wi-Fi One LLC v. Broadband Corp., 2015-1944
In an appeal from a decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in an inter partes review involving a patent directed to a method for improving the efficiency by which messages are sent from a receiver to a sender in a telecommunications system to advise the sender that errors have occurred in a particular message, the Board's decision is affirmed where various claims of the patent were anticipated.
