Dynamic 3D Geosolutions LLC v. Schlumberger Ltd., 2015-1628
In an infringement action related to a patent directed to systems and methods of combining seismic and well log data into a real-time, interactive three-dimensional display, the District Court's judgment disqualifying plaintiff's counsel and dismissing its patent infringement complaint without prejudice is affirmed where the district court did not err in disqualifying counsel and in dismissing the complaint.
