In an infringement suit involving patents related to robotic vehicles suspended on tracks from the ceilings of semiconductor cleanrooms to move and manipulate semiconductor components the District Court's order is: 1) affirmed in part where the District Court did not err in refusing to lift the stay; but 2) vacated in part as to cursory denial of the preliminary injunction, where it did not satisfy Rule 52(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which requires that a court state findings and conclusions supporting denial of a preliminary injunction.
