In a patent dispute between competitors who manufacture marine generators used to create electrical power for houseboats, the District Court's judgment is: 1) affirmed where a) certain claims of the generator patents would have been obvious and lack sufficient written description, and b) defendant willfully infringed the asserted claims; and 2) vacated as to the denial of plaintiff's motion for a permanent injunction, and remanded for further consideration.
