In an infringement action involving a patent which describes a process for the coproduction of ethylene and purified benzene from refinery mixtures, the District Court's grant of summary judgment of noninfringement of the asserted claims is affirmed where the district court did not err in granting summary judgment of noninfringement, either literally or under the doctrine of equivalents.
