In an appeal from the final written decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in an inter partes review, the Board's denial of appellant's motion to substitute certain claims of a patent concerning automated swimming pool cleaners, which are devices used to filter water and scrub pool surfaces, is affirmed where the Board did not abuse its discretion by denying appellant's motion to amend.
