In an appeal of the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board denying plaintiff's request for remedial relief under the Veterans Employment Opportunities Act (VEOA), the Board's decision is affirmed where there was no reversible error in the Board’s ruling that a VEOA violation was not shown.
