In an infringement suit brought by a company that worked with defendant to build a communications network, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendant, that equitable estoppel and laches preclude prosecution of this lawsuit, is affirmed where plaintiff asserted its rights for the first time against defendants after more than six years of unlicensed activity.
