In an appeal of two judgments of the Court of Federal Claims denying one category of damages arising from the government's partial breach of contract to accept and dispose of spent nuclear fuel (SNF), the judgment is reversed and remanded where the Court of Federal Claims clearly erred in both decisions when it denied damages for costs incurred to load the storage casks and/or canisters, regardless of the type of fuel loaded.
