United States Federal Circuit
MAG Aerospace Indus., Inc. v. B/E Aerospace, Inc., 2015-1370
In a patent infringement action concerning vacuum toilets, such as those that are commonly found on commercial aircrafts, the district court's judgment is affirmed where: 1) it correctly granted summary judgment of noninfringement on all patents; and 2) its ruling that the doctrine of assignor estoppel barred plaintiff from arguing that the asserted patents are invalid is not clearly erroneous.
