In an appeal involving two separate actions brought under 35 U.S.C. section 271(e)(2) in the District of Delaware against generic drug manufacturer defendant, each plaintiff alleging that their patents cover drugs that defendant has sought permission from the Food and Drug Administration to manufacture and market, both court's conclusions that Delaware could exercise specific personal jurisdiction, based on defendant's suit-related contacts with Delaware, are affirmed where defendant is subject to specific personal jurisdiction in these cases.
