In an action seeking compensation from the US for use, with the authorization and consent of the Departments of the Air Force and Navy, of the patented method of producing carbon fiber sheet products, the judgment of invalidity is reversed where Court of Federal Claims erred in holding the asserted claims of the '162 patent invalid under sections 103 and 112.
