United States Federal Circuit
Lismont v. Alexander Binzel Corp., 2014-1846
In an inventorship dispute involving a patent directed to a method of manufacturing a contact tip for use in metal inert gas welding, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff's inventorship claim, which he filed ten years after the patent issued, was barred by laches; and 2) he failed to rebut that presumption.
