United States Federal Circuit
Diamond Sawblades Mfrs. Coalition v. US, 2015-1216
Appeal by two companies found by the Department of Commerce to have sold imported goods in the US at less than fair value (i.e. dumping), Commerce's determination is affirmed over plaintiffs; claims that their case should governed by Commerce's new method it uses to calculate whether imported goods are being dumped where Commerce reasonably resolved the ambiguity to exclude the present matter because it spoke ambiguously on the timing issue in adopting its new policy.
