In an appeal of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's inter partes review finding obviousness of challenged claims of a patent claiming methods and systems for coupling flash memory cards to a computer utilizing a “controller chip, the Board's decision that certain claims of the patent would have been obvious over the prior art is affirmed where inter partes review violates neither Article III nor the Seventh Amendment.
