Siemens Energy, Inc. v. US, 14-1725

In action challenging the International Trade Commission's (ITC) final affirmative injury determination in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of utility scale wind towers from the People's Republic of China and in the antidumping duty investigation of utility scale wind towers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the the Court of International Trade's judgment is affirmed where the evidence was such that a reasonable mind might accept as adequate to support the conclusion, and thus the court correctly upheld the ITC's affirmative injury determination.
