Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee v. US, 14-1514
In a challenge to U.S. Court of International Trade decisions affirming U.S. Department of Commerce determinations that defendant is ineligible for an antidumping duty rate separate from the country-wide entity and its selection of the country-wide rate, the decisions are affirmed where they were supported by substantial evidence and were not otherwise contrary to law.
