Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Sandoz, Inc., 15-1407
In an infringement action involving a patent related to a compound use to ameliorate the toxic effects of certain chemotherapy treatments, the district court's decisions finding the patent invalid as obvious and not infringed is affirmed where the district court did not err in: 1) concluding that certain claims are invalid; and 2) finding certain claims not infringed by defendant's ANDA product.
