United States Federal Circuit
Cobert v. Miller, 14-3101
In the Government's challenge to the Merit Systems Protection Board's decision in which it vacated its initial decision to sustain the Department of the Interior, National Park Service's removal of petitioner from her position as Park Superintendent of the Sitka National Historical Park after she refused a management-directed reassignment to a different position at the same grade and pay in Anchorage, Alaska, the Board's decision is reversed and the case remanded to instate the Board's initial decision as the final decision of the Board.
