In a trademark registration dispute involving paw prints for use with plaintiff's clothing, footwear and accessory products, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board's rejection of the mark on likelihood of confusion grounds, is: 1) affirmed in part as to the Board's finding that appellee did not abandon its registered mark; and 2) reversed in part where the Board incorrectly found a likelihood of confusion between the two marks.
