In an infringement action concerning a patent claiming systems and methods related to marking circuit board interface plates, the district court's judgment as a matter of law (JMOL), after a jury verdict that certain claims were invalid as obvious, is reversed where, the jury verdict was supported by substantial evidence and thus the court erred by granting JMOL.
