Int'l Custom Prods., Inc. v. US, 14-1644

In a case brought by an importer and distributor of products sold to processed food manufacturers, including the "white sauce" at issue here, challenging the reclassification of the white sauce that effected a tariff increase of almost 2400%, the ruling by the Court of International Trade dismissing Counts 1-9 of plaintiff’s complaint and denying plaintiff’s motion to reconsider, alter or amend the judgment and/ir amend the complaint, are affirmed where the Trade Court did not err.
