In an appeal arising from inter partes review of a patent relating to a system for increasing the speed of data access in a packet-switched network, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's rulings are: 1) affirmed in part as to the Board's patentability determination with respect to claim 24, and its finding that DRP anticipates claims 1, 12 and 14; and 2) reversed as to the Board's findings of unpatentability of claims 6, 7 and 9 and 1, 3, 10, 22 and 23.
