In an appeal of a final decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cancelling registration of the mark PRETZEL CRISPS for pretzel crackers on the Supplemental Register and denying its application to register PRETZEL CRISPS on the Principal Register, the Board's decision is vacated where it applied the incorrect legal standard in evaluating whether the mark is generic.
