Apex Exports v. US, 14-1234

In an appeal of a final decision of the Court of International Trade (CIT) sustaining the refusal by the Department of Commerce to deduct antidumping duties when calculating an export price of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India, the CIT's decision is affirmed because Commerce's interpretation of the antidumping statute is reasonable.
