In this trademark action, the decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board affirming the Trademark Examiner's refusal to register applicant The Newbridge Cutlery Company's NEWBRIDGE HOME mark on grounds of being primarily geographically descriptive is reversed and remanded for further proceedings, where Newbridge, Ireland is not generally known, and thus, to the relevant public, the mark NEWBRIDGE is not primarily geographically descriptive of the goods.
