United States Federal Circuit

Hartford Fire Insurance Co. v. US, 13-1585

In this case, plaintiff seeks to void its obligations under bonds securing eight entries of freshwater crawfish from Hubei, a Chinese producer. Judgment of the U.S. Court of International Trade dismissing plaintiff's action is affirmed, where plaintiff has failed to plead sufficient factual matter to "state a claim to relief that is plausible on its face."
