Decision of the United States Court of International Trade reclassifying plaintiff's "BetaTab" product as "Provitamins, unmixed" under subheading 2936.10.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is affirmed, where the Court of International Trade correctly classified BetaTab under heading 2936, as the addition of stabilizer ingredients does not render BetaTab particularly suitable for specific use rather than for general use.
