Ferring B.V v. Watson Laboratories, Inc., 14-1416

In this patent infringement action, an injunction against defendant based on the district court's holding that the subject matter of the claims of plaintiff's patents would not have been obvious, and that defendant's product infringed those claims, is: 1) affirmed in part, where the subject matter of the claims of plaintiff's patents would not have been obvious, and 2) reversed in part and vacated, where defendant's product did not actually infringe the asserted claims of plaintiff's patents.
