Finding that plaintiffs’ patent is unenforceable due to inequitable conduct is affirmed, where the lower court did not abuse its discretion in holding that the patent was unenforceable due to inequitable conduct, and in view of that, the present Court did not have to reach the lower court’s rulings on claim construction, indefiniteness, laches, and judicial estoppel.
