X2Y Attenuators, LLC v. ITC, 2013-1340

The final determination of the International Trade Commission (ITC) that Intel Corporation and other intervenors did not violate 19 U.S.C. section 1337 because Intel's products were not covered by plaintiff's asserted patents related to structures for reducing electromagnetic interference in electrical circuits. is affirmed, where: 1) the ITC correctly construed the relevant claim terms; and 2) plaintiff conceded noninfringement based on this construction.
