United States Federal Circuit

Chemsol, LLC v. US, 2013-1402

The United States Court of International Trade's (CIT) dismissal of plaintiff's case challenging the United States Customs and Border Protection's decision to extend the deadline for liquidation of plaintiff's Entries so it could investigate the source of the same, is affirmed, where: 1) the CIT properly held it did not have jurisdiction over this case under 28 U.S.C. section 1581(i) because plaintiff's challenge may be brought, after liquidation, by filing a protest and obtaining jurisdiction in this court under Section 1581(a); and 2) relief under 28 U.S.C. section 1581(a) is not manifestly inadequate.
