The decision of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences reversing the examiner's rejection of certain claims and affirming the rejection of certain claims of the '423 patent, which relates to a visual inspection system for printing presses, is: 1) vacated in part and remanded, where the Board erred in failing to consider the same obviousness rejection of claims 61–72 in connection with claims 1–17 and 19–60; but 2) affirmed in part, where the Board did not otherwise err.
