United States Federal Circuit

Judgment of the United States Court of International Trade, which determined that plaintiff's Teva Sports Sandals are properly classified under subheading 6404.19.35 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), is affirmed, where both the Court of International Trade and this Court are bound by the holding of the panel in Deckers Corp. v. United States, 532 F.3d 1312 (Fed. Cir. 2008) and that holding is conclusive of the question at issue here.
