General Electric Company v. Wilkins, 2013-1170

Declaratory judgment in favor of plaintiffs that defendant is not a co-inventor of plaintiffs' '985 patent, which is directed to controlling key components of a wind turbine that would allow it to remain connected to the power grid and to safely ride through a low voltage event, is affirmed, where defendant failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that he was entitled to co-inventorship of the '985 patent.
