GE Lighting Solutions, LLC v. Agilight, Inc., 2013-1267
Summary judgment that defendant's accused products and processes do not infringe asserted claims of plaintiff's patents related to LED lights is: 1) reversed in part and remanded with regard to the '140, '771 and '896 patents, where the district court erred in its claim constructions and there was a genuine dispute as to whether defendant's accused devices include a substantially ellipsoidal inner profile; but 2) affirmed in part with regard to the '055 patent.
